Refurbishment of the existing 4 no. mall entrances (northern, southern, eastern and western entrances) to the shopping centre. The proposed development will consist of amendments/modifications to each of the northern, southern, eastern and western mall entrances as follows:-

    Northern, southern and eastern mall entrances Provision of a new glazed, flat roof structure in lieu of the existing glazed and sloped roof; insertion of new glass canopy over each entrance door and provision of new clear glazing with chrome fixings and new vinyl signage to inside face of new glazing. No change in floor area is proposed.

    Western entrance: Provision of new glazed flat roof structure in lieu of existing columns and stone projection entrance; insertion of new glass canopy over entrance door and provision of new clear glazing with chrome fixings and new vinyl signage for inside face of new glazing. No change in floor area is proposed.
