Replacement of existing external canopies at retail units adjacent to 2 entrances (East & West) consisting of the removal and replacement of external canopies at the east & west entrances as follows- (a) east entrance: the relpacement of the existing canopies adjacent to the east entrance with a stainless steel and glass canopy including the canopies above the external facade of retail units on the north, east and some areas of the south elevations immediatley adjacent to the east entrance. (b) west entrance: the replacment of the existing canopies adjacent to the west entrance with a stainless steel and glass canopy including the canopies above the external facade of retail units on the north & east elevations immediatley adjacent to the west entrance.
