Retention of 2.1m high boundary wall which fronts onto Liffey Terrace (previously known as Ballyowen Lane) which is constructed to a height of 2.6m on the Larkfield Grove and Larkfield Place side of the boundary in lieu of low wall and railing as previously permitted under planning Reg. Ref. no. S00A/0426. This application also seeks retention of existing pebble dash finishes on the Larkfield Grove and Larkfield Place side of the boundary and retention of existing trees which are located on the Liffey Terrace side of the boundary wall. The application also seeks permission to provide additional landscaping to the line of retained trees and to apply pebble dash finish to the entire length (approx 136m) on the Liffey Terrace side of the boundary wall including provision of uniform concrete capping and to provide approx 136m length of 1.5 wide public footpath immediately adjacent to the new road kerb fronting the subject site which will connect to the existing public footpaths that front onto the adjacent Ballyowen Hall and Droim Na Coille developments. This development is located at the Larkfield residential estate at Ballyowen Road where Larkfield Grove and Larkfield Place abuts Liffey Terrace,Lucan,County Dublin.
