SD07A/0809, for a 2 storey house was changed during the construction stage which resulted in the retention applicaiton being made. Permission is sought to retain this structure and divide it between each property as a garden shed/home office/utility room. During construction a further raised conc. area to the side/rear of house 23A was built and permission is sought to retain this as a raised timber clad deck. In compliance with Condition 6 of Reg. Ref. SD08A/0802 a widened driveway is to be retained in house No. 23 to accommodate 2 cars and permission is sought to retain this.
