Alterations to an existing permission for the development will consist of a new 1010m2 three storey building with roof top plant providing office/laboratory accomodation for business - start ups and research, Registration Reference SD04A/079. The above enabling works are proposed to accommodate existing campus activities & to facilitate the future phase of development of the campus which will be the subject of future planning applications.
