A new public park and other associated landscape and other works. The development comprises: (a) Construction of a multi-use games area (MUGA), a playground for younger children, footpaths, limited on street car parking, seating, tree and hedge planting, reinstatement of seeded areas at the open space adjacent to Mac Uilliam Avenue; (b) footpaths, tree planting, reinstatement of grass seeding and a community garden at Mac Uilliam Crescent; (c) the works also include footpath, car parking and boundary treatment between Mac Uilliam Lane and Fortunestown Lane, the closure of the entrance off Fortunestown Lane into Mac Uilliam Lane, the creation of cul-de-sacs by the closure of the road between Mac Uilliam Parade and Mac Uilliam Lane; (d) all associated works and modifications to existing landform and services. Plans and particulars of the proposed development can be downloaded from the Council’s website www.sdcc.ie and are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, from 8th July 2010 up to and including 18th August 2010 at the following locations and times:- South Dublin County Council Concourse, County Hall, Tallaght - 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday and 9.00am-4.30pm on Friday (excluding Bank Holidays); South Dublin County Council Concourse, Civic Centre, Clondalkin - 9.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-4.00pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Submissions or observations in relation to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to: Senior Executive Officer, Housing Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
