Alterations to previously granted under planning applications Ref. No. SD06A/0816 and modification application SD07A/0357. The modifications will include an additional apartment at ground floor level in Block B to increase the number of apartments from 6 no. to 7 no. apartments within the same footprint as previously granted: ground floor of Block B will consist of 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment and 6 no. 2 bedroom apartments (previously granted 6 no. 2 bed apartments) together with alterations to ground floor windows, patio doors and balconies facing north (increase in size). The total number of apartments will be increased from 42 no. to 43 no. in total in Block A and Block B. The alterations also consist of change from previously approved (Ref. No. SD06A/0816) vehicular ramp to access the basement car park to 2 no. car lifts located in the same position between Block A and Block B.

(78.4sq.m.) 2 bedroom apartments & 6 no. (83sq.m.) 2 bedroom apartments to the development; changing the layout of both penthouse floors from 2 no. (176.9sq.m.) 3 bedroom apartments to 2 no. (113.9sq.m.) 3 bedroom apartments and 1 no. (130sq.m.) 3 bedroom apartment, adding an additional 2 no. penthouse apartments to the development.

Internal modifications to previously granted permissions ref's SD04A/0373 & SD06A/0816 to consist of changing the layout of third floor penthouses over basement of blocks A & B to facilitate the change from 2no. 3 bedroom apartments (176.9sq.m.) per apartment to 2no. 3 bedroom apartments (113.9sq.m. per apartment) and 1 no. 3 bedroom apartment (130sq.m.), providing for an additional 2 no. apartments giving a total of 42 apartments to the development together with car parking and associated site works.

Modifications to previously granted permissions (SD04A/0373, SD06A/0816, SD07A/0577 & SD07A/0357), it will consist of alterations to the layout of third floor penthouse apartment, in blocks A & B within the footprint of the previously granted application (SD07A/0357) to facilitate the change from 2 no. bedroom apartments (113.9sqm per apartment) and 1 no. 3 bedroom apartment (130sqm) per block, to 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments (2 no. of 86.83sqm and 2 no. 87.75sqm) per block. The total area of balconies at third floor penthouse apartment level has been increased from 146.60sqm to 148sqm by 1.7sqm to facilitate the apartment layouts. Providing for an additional 2 no. apartments, giving a total of 45 apartments to the development, together with internal modifications and associated changes to north elevation at penthouse level.
