The maximum height has been reduced from 9.77m to 9.375m above ground level. The development will be accessed via and built concurrently with the previously granted planning permission. The open space requirements are also met as part of the overall development planning permission SD06A/0699. The application site area now extends to 1.11 acres or 0.45 hectares. Connections to foul and surface water sewers will be via previously granted planning permission SD06A/0699. This application is for the revised apartment blocks A and B as omitted under Condition No. 3 of granted planning permission SD06A/0699.
