The proposed accommodation is described as follows on a block by block basis: Blocks E and F - Lidl Ireland GmbH Headquarters Office building (Block F - 7480sq.m. gfa) is a 4 storey building with office and associated ancillary areas over a 2 level basement; Office building (Block E - 1852sq.m. gfa) is a 4 storey building comprising office accommodation and associated ancillary areas over basement accommodation; a 2 level basement (levels -1 and -2) is provided below Blocks E and F accommodating a total of 269no. car parking spaces and other ancillary uses.
