S99A/0928 but seeks to amend condition no. 24(i), (ii), (iii), to be changed from 'No development shall commence' to 'No apartment shall be occupied until such time as that a satisfactory waste disposal system is on the site'. Permission is also sought to erect a small heritage centre for Saggart Resident's Association on the same site.
