The new childcare facility will be two storeys high with a gross floor area of 766.25sq.m. It will have an external play area at ground floor level (1,513sq.m) and first floor level (83sq.m). There is also a roof terrace for staff amenity. All associated site works including bicycle parking, external bin storage, boundary treatment and landscaping. The drop off area and car parking provision will rely on permitted arrangements under Reg. Ref. SD17A/0132.
