Two of these spaces will be reserved for people with disability permits, access and egress points will be from Riverside Cottages - height restriction barrier will be installed, new boundary wall will be constructed along laneway in keeping with existing walling adjacent to public car park, construction of (subject to agreement) pedestrian access way to Templeogue Road via private car park (marked A-B on plan AOM/TE/07/01), construction of (subject to agreement) vehicular entrance from private car park into proposed car park (marked C on plan AOM/TE/07/01), provision of associated public lighting. Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at: (a) South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, between the hours of 9:00 am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday, (b) Ballyroan Library, Orchardstown Avenue, Rathfarnham, between the hours of 9.45am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am - 4.30pm Friday and Saturday from Wednesday 13th June 2007 until Friday 13th July 2007.
