Permission for development on a site (248sq.m) consisting of the subdivision of the existing permitted retail unit at ground floor level (c.245sq.m) to accommodate two separate uses as follows: (i) a café use for the sale of food for consumption on and off the premises (106sq.m), and (ii) a take-away and ancillary restaurant use (139sq.m).
