Construction of 560 no. apartments with a floor area of 52,393m.sq., a corner shop (74m.sq.) and cafe/restaurant (74m.sq.), 300 bicycle spaces, 143 surface car parking spaces and 562 basement car parking spaces comprising 18,026m.sq. with access off Road E at Liffey Valley Town Centre, Fonthill Road, Dublin 22. The development comprises 121 no. one bed apartments, 422 no. two bed apartments and 17 no. three bed apartments, in eight blocks of varying height; Block 1 is 5 storeys with 8 storeys at the south west corner, Block 2 is 7 storeys stepping to 10 storeys at north west corner, Block 3 is 5 storeys with 6th floor recessed penthouse level at corners, Blocks 4 and 5 are 6 storeys with 7th floor penthouse level, Block 6 is 5 storey with 6th floor recessed penthouse level, Block 7 is 5 storeys rising to 6 and 7 storeys at the courtyard elevation and Block 8 is 16 storeys with 17th floor penthouse level.
