New glazed entrance Lobby & external door, including upgrading of External fire door, and fire lining of stairs & opening of original door opening to proposed accessible public WC; (iii) Upgrade of internal finishes including floor coverings, joinery, shelves & paint work; (iv) Conservation and repair work to existing Fabric, Windows, and replacement where necessary; (v) Conservation and repair work to Roof, gutters, facias/ soffits & Chimneys where required; (vi) Upgrading of Mechanical & Electrical services; (vii) Upgrading of external area to front/rear of Library, including, Lighting, signage & soft Landscaping; (viii) All associated ancillary works required to carry out above works. As Clondalkin Library is an historic building, an Architectural Impact Report is in included as part of this application.
