The proposed development will also provide for new front wall to garage elevation, new pitched roof to garage with new rooflight to front pitch of garage, new rooflight to front pitch of main existing house over stairs landing, new garden room to rear garden, new gated pedestrian access to rear laneway and new gated vehicular access for a widened driveway to front including dished kerb and gated pedestrian access to front and all associated site, drainage and landscaping works.
