1. The length of Block C has been increased from 38.71m to 39.40m. 2. The proximity of Block C has been relocated in the south-western location by approximately 600mm. This along with the increased length the Block C ensured that the new boundary wall along this south western boundary was built in the wrong place. 3.The existing block wall to the rear of Block C was incorrect on the surveyed drawings used for planning ensuring that the depth of the gardens were not as long as indicated on the Planning drawings, to which the positive decision was based on. The depths of the gardens now range between 9.0m and 10.5m. 4. The 'as provided' open space is less than the minimum required under the Development Plan which the positive decision was based on. House numbers 14-18 are now less than the stipulated 60 square metres.

Block C, Tara Crescent, Killakee Court, Firhouse, Dublin 24
