The existing unit contains a taxi office of 10.9sq.m. on the external elevation and an ATM facility facing into the Shopping Centre. Permission is sought to re-locate the ATM facility into the former taxi/cab office with 2 ATM outlets on the external wall with associated elevational changes. The area currently occupied by ATMs and lobby are to be converted to a retail unit of 21sq.m. with access from within the Mall. The total area involved in the development is 34.3sq.m.
