I use it as my art studio and also for art classes for children , from the age 4 to 11. I am teaching myself and the most children in the groups are 10. The structure of the cabin is in accordance with the planning rules however I have been told by Paul Byrne in the planning department that I need to apply for the retention due to fact that cabin is used for the business purposes. The classes run on Monday 4 to 7 pm, Tuesday 4 to 5 pm, Wednesday 5 to 6 pm, Thursday 4 to 7 pm , and every second Sunday (adults) I have a public liability insurance, fire regulation and all necessary regulations and safety measure on place You are welcome to come and check the site . Please let me know what should be done so I can keep maintaining the classes. Thanks. Ekaterina.
