Greenogue Recycling, Tay Lane, Rathcreedan, Rathcoole, Dublin

The development will consist of a c. 4.4 ha site at Greenogue Recycling to include the following:

1. A.
   Site clearance works and demolition of existing derelict recycling structures on site with total area of c. 2,213 sqm
2. B.
   Construction of 13 no. warehouses within 4 no. units, with maximum height of 15.2 meters, all with ancillary office, staff areas, bin stores etc. Each unit has access to service yard and loading / unloading area. The total floor area of the warehouse development and ancillary office space is c. 18,519 sqm, made up as follows:

   1. i)
      Unit A - combined gross floor area of 4,972.7 sqm
   2. ii)
      Unit B - combined gross floor area of 5,232.2 sqm
   3. iii)
      Unit C - combined gross floor area of 3,401.7 sqm
   4. iv)
      Unit D - combined gross floor area of 4,912.5 sqm
3. C.
   Access to be provided from existing entrance to the site via Tay Lane, with the access road slightly displaced to the south. New footpaths / cycle paths / internal road throughout the site; D. 120 no. car parking spaces with 26 EV spaces and 100 no. secure, sheltered bicycle parking spaces to serve the warehouse units; E. 3 no. Substations and 2 no. sprinkler tanks and pump houses; and F. All ancillary site development works to include; minor realignment of site entrance, landscaping, internal roads, drainage, utility services, service yards, loading / unloading areas, level access goods doors, dock levelers, site lighting, boundary treatments, signage, underground foul & storm water drainage network, PV panels, Suds, swales, attenuation and all associated above and below ground works.
