There are some alterations proposed to the eastern elevation and it is proposed to demolish adjoining 20th century single storey plant room and provide 2 storey extension on footprint of demolished structure. The proposed development is site extensive and will include all associated engineering and landscaping works, requisite car parking spaces, cycle parking, new boundary treatments, relocation of the vehicular entrance, a new pedestrian entrance footpath, associated infrastructural site works and a pedestrian pathway along the Owendoher River.
