the use of ball catching nets (2 in all) already in position on the existing playing field. This Retention Permission is for a temporary period of three years. PERMISSION to develop two playing fields on the Club Landholding. This will comprise: (1) relocation of the Main Pitch westwards using the additional lands recently acquired by the club and the provision of a new juvenile pitch at the eastern side of the Club's Lands (2)The construction of these new pitches will involve stripping of topsoil, regarding of subsoil and then replacing topsoil, the installation of field drainage on both, pitches, cultivating sanding and seeding (3) A soak away drainage pipeline is proposed draining to ground. The development of terraces along the northern and southern side of the main pitch, (4) a 1.1m high pitch side fence around the main pitch, (5) the erection of ball catching nets behind the goals on each of the pitches, (4 in all), (6) associated planting and landscaping, (7) The use of the juvenile pitch for parking, (8) The development of a hardstand parking area and (9) associated site works.
