the use of ball catching nets (2 in all) already in position on the existing playing field. This Retention Permission is for a temporary period of three years. PERMISSION to develop two playing fields on the Club Landholding. This will comprise:
- (1)relocation of the Main Pitch westwards using the additional lands recently acquired by the club and the provision of a new juvenile pitch at the eastern side of the Club's Lands
- (2)The construction of these new pitches will involve stripping of topsoil, regarding of subsoil and then replacing topsoil, the installation of field drainage on both, pitches, cultivating sanding and seeding
- (3)A soak away drainage pipeline is proposed draining to ground. The development of terraces along the northern and southern side of the main pitch
- (4)a 1.1m high pitch side fence around the main pitch
- (5)the erection of ball catching nets behind the goals on each of the pitches, (4 in all)
- (6)associated planting and landscaping
- (7)The use of the juvenile pitch for parking
- (8)The development of a hardstand parking area
- (9)associated site works.
