1) Upgrade, refurbishment, and alteration works to existing authorised office including: new internal layouts, new fire safety provisions including additional external doorways, new disability access provisions, ventilation, and new provisions for improved conservation of fuel and energy. 2) New single storey weighbridge building (c. 60 m2 gross floor area) to be located adjacent to existing authorised weighbridge, including: weighbridge office kiosk, canteen, welfare units including new accessible WC, & meeting room.
