The development consists of: Structure A – restoration of existing structure for food preparation and dining (143sqm), including improvement works consisting of 2no. entrance lobbies (9.8sqm and 9.3sqm inclusive). Structure B – alteration, restoration and improvement of former milking parlour (151.5sqm) and extended footprint (266sqm) for ancillary farm produce sales and food storage within the footprint of a demolished agricultural shed. Retention is sought for demolition of the agricultural shed. Structure C – retain agricultural dry storage structure (35sqm) to southeast corner of the walled garden. Structure D – restoration of existing agricultural dry storage structure (26.9sqm) including improvement works consisting of walled enclosure onto northeast side of structure (61.7sqm). Temporary Structure A – retain existing temporary timber frame animal shelter (19.4sqm). Temporary Structure B – retain existing temporary timber frame storage shed and 2no. metal storage containers (53sqm combined).
