The walls will be nap plaster finish with reveals to windows. The roof will be a cut roof with Blue/ Blue black slate finish. Foundations are 900 x 300 reinforced concrete with A393 Mesh. Footpaths 1.2 wide all around with brush finish. Roof will be insulated with 150mm to ceiling joint's with floor insulated with 100mm rigid insulation. Garage front wall will be 10m from back of existing dwelling house

It is also proposed to extend the 2.4 high perimeter fence around the new pitch and reposition four 15m high LED flood lighting columns and install two additional lighting columns. The application will also include a new car park consisting of 69 car park spaces, connections to existing services, paths, landscaping and all associated site works and drainage.
