Zone C, Mullingar Business Park, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, N91 FY24

The development will consist of modifications and additions to the development previously permitted under Reg. Ref. 2560104 for which no works have commenced. The development incorporates elements previously granted permission, including:

1. a)
   Change of use of the existing decommissioned oil tank storage area (43.06 m2) to the northern elevation of the main building into staff facilities along with the construction of a link structure (46.55 m2) between the main building and existing decommissioned oil tank storage area, along with all associated elevational changes, including demolition of decommissioned chimney from oil boiler.
2. b)
   The removal of existing water storage tank to the southern elevation.
3. c)
   The rendering of the existing lower section of the elevations to match the proposed extension finishes, with new cladding to the south, west and north elevations, with remaining existing cladding painted.
4. d)
   The installation of a perimeter mesh fencing with the provision of additional parking and relocated new truck only entrance from the existing estate road. In addition, the following works are proposed:

   Construction of a 901.02 m2 extension to the northern elevation to allow for the expansion of the existing production area, together with the demolition/removal of the existing compressor room, storage area and a shed (245.11 m2), relocation of the existing compressor room along with all associated elevational changes.
6. f)
   Enlargement of the existing plant area-chiller compound, removal of existing fence and installation of new fencing, together with the relocation of associated pipework and required technical equipment.
7. g)
   Provision of two new access doors into the north extension, relocation of the internal stair access door and a minor elevational alteration to include a new door opening into the existing plant area-chiller compound.
8. h)
   Construction of 8 no. additional silos to the southern elevation adjacent to the 4 no. existing silos, including all associated structural works, service connections, removal of existing fencing and installation of replacement fencing.
9. i)
   All ancillary site works, and all works above and below ground to accommodate the above works.
