redevelopment of the existing Arklow 220kV / 110kV substation. The proposed development will take place at the existing substation site and adjacent undeveloped lands, in the townlands of Coolboy, Killinskyduff and Kilbride, Co. Wicklow. The overall site measures approximately 13.69 hectares.
