Processing will be carried out using the existing screening and washing plant together with all existing site infrastructure including site access, haul roads, settlement lagoons, office / canteen and truck wheel wash. A new wastewater treatment plant and soil polishing filter & toilets are proposed. The proposed development also includes landscaping, screening berms and on completion of extraction restoration of the site to a mixture of woodland and agricultural use. The planning application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR)
