the importation of approximately 55,000 tonnes of clean soils and stone over to infill and level the site in order to improve existing agricultural lands at Castlerudderry, Co.Wicklow, the clean soil and stone will be imported under Article 27 of European Communities (Waste Directive) Regulations 2011, as amended, the proposed fill area is approximately 2.5 ha, the lands within fill area are undulating and dip to the east and the fill depth will vary from 0.5m to 4m across the fill area, it is intended that restored lands will be given over to agricultural use such as grazing, a period of 5 years duration is requested to import materials and to complete restoration and seeding of the lands
