Permission for the construction of a residential development of 99 no. residential units and all ancillary site works. The proposed development includes the construction of 75 no. dwelling houses comprising 3 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings, 30 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 18 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 12 no. 3 bedroom townhouses and 12 no. 2 bedroom townhouses. The proposed development also includes the construction of 2 no. 3 storey buildings containing 1 no. 3 bedroom duplex unit, 12 no. 2 bedroom duplex/apartment units and 11 no. 1 bedroom apartment units with ancillary bicycle racks. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be via the existing junction from the Killumney Road serving the Heathfield residential development and the internal road network of the development permitted by Cork City Council Planning Reference 19/38923. The proposed development also provides for a shared pedestrian and cycle path to the site from the Killumney Road. The proposed development also comprises minor amendments from that previously permitted by planning reference 19/38923 to the east of site.
