The development will consist of a residential and creche development comprising: 93 no. residential units (2 no. semi-detached units, 48 no. townhouses, 11 no. mews units (comprising 9 no. mews houses and 2 no. mews apartments) and 32 no. duplexes (comprising 17 no. duplex houses and 15 no. duplex apartments) (with terraces and private open space, where relevant) (the overall unit mix will comprise 6 no. 1-bed units, 16 no. 2-bed units, 53 no. 3-bed units and 18 no. 4-bed units); a creche (c.144 sqm) (with associated open space); vehicular, cyclist and pedestrian access from the South Douglas Road frontage; internal roads, footpaths, pedestrian crossings and home zones; car parking and bicycle parking; public open space; boundary treatments; bin stores; attenuation tanks; permeable paving; and SuDS measures and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground including changes in level, boundary treatments and associated site servicing (foul and surface water drainage and water supply).
