The construction of 45 no. dwelling houses and all associated ancillary site development works including access, footpaths, parking, drainage, landscaping and amenity areas. The proposed development will be accessed via an existing entrance on to the N72 Mallow Road via Mullavale residential estate and a new entrance on to Mill Road.
