Permission for the construction of a residential development comprising of 69 no. residential units and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 8 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 48 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached/townhouse dwelling houses, 9 no. 2-bedroom semi-detached/townhouse dwelling houses and 4 no. 1bedroom simplex units located within a 2 storey building. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance, internal road network and pedestrian infrastructure permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 20/6697, serving the 'Cúl na Gréine' residential development which is currently under construction.
