Permission for the following Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) consisting of the construction of 302 no. residential units, 1 no. creche, 2 no. ESB substations and all associated development works including footpath/cycle path extensions and road improvement works along the R639. Permission for internal connections, crossings, footpaths and cycle paths, car and bicycle parking, drainage, fencing and boundary treatments, bicycle and bin stores, lighting and landscaping/amenity areas. Permission for the demolition of walls currently traversing the site as well as removal of vegetation and scrub and the repurposing of a redundant bund. Access to the proposed development is provided to the west of the site [constituting a relocation of the existing access to the site] on the Dublin Road (R639). A Natura Impact Statement is submitted to the Planning Authority with this application. The application may be inspected online at the following website set up by the applicant: www.ballynamonalrd.ie
