Permission for a residential development for the construction of 67 no. residential units (comprising a mix 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units to include 39 no. detached, semi-detached and terraced dwelling units; 20 no. apartments and 8 no. duplex units), 1 no. creche, 2 no. retail units to provide for a range of uses which may include Class 1 ' shop' and Class 2 ' Financial and Professional Services' , and all associated ancillary development works including footpaths, cycle lanes, parking, drainage, landscaping and amenity areas at Courtstown (Townland), Little Island, County Cork. Access from the site to Ballytrasna Park Road will be via the entrance and distributor road permitted under Planning Reference 24/05328.
