Kenneally Developments Ltd intends applying for a 10 year Planning Permission for a residential development on lands at Lus an Íme (Phase 4), Spital, Cloyne, Co. Cork. The proposed development will consist of 81 no. dwellings comprising 1–4 bedroom units (1-bed 10%, 2-bed 22%, 3-bed 49%, 4-bed 19%), and a crèche facility (c. 245.9 m²). The development will also include public open space of c. 4,543 m² (14.8% of site area), private open space, internal roads and footpaths, cycle facilities, 180 no. car parking spaces (residential, visitor and crèche), bin storage, landscaping, boundary treatments, and public lighting. Vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist access will be provided via the existing Lus an Íme estate road to the west and via the Spital Road (R630) to the east. A temporary construction access is also proposed from the Spital Road (R630). The development will be served by connections to existing public water supply and public foul drainage networks, together with SuDS surface-water management, and all associated site works and services.
