Permission for amendments to part of the development previously permitted under planning reference 21/7265, to consist of the construction of 73 no. residential units to provide changes to unit types and layouts changes from that previously permitted. The proposed development, which will be located in the part of the site commonly known as 'Dawn South' and will provide for a total of 73 no. houses, consisting of; 52no. 3 bed, 2-storey semi-detached houses; 2 no. 5 bed, 3-storey semi-detached houses, 12 no. 3 bed, 2-storey terraced houses; and 7 no. 4 bed, 2-storey detached houses. The proposed development will also provide for 154 no. parking spaces, 90 no. bicycle parking spaces as well as all associated amendments to the previously permitted landscaping and boundary treatments; and all associated site development and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development
