Particulars of the development comprise as follows: (a) The provision of a total of 60no. residential dwellings which will consist of 7no. 2 bed units, 33no. 3 bed units and 20no. 4 bed units. (b) Provision of a single storey creche with associated parking, bicycle and bin storage. (c)Reconfiguration of internal estate road serving dwelling nos. 1-16 within Bun Na Coille Estate as granted under permission 065813 along with reconfiguration of existing open space at this part of the site. (d) Provision of associated car parking at surface level via a combination of in-curtilage and shared parking for dwellings and via on-street parking for the creche. (e) Provision of electric vehicle charge points with associated site infrastructure ducting to provide charge points for residents throughout the site. (f) Creation of a new access road as an extension from the existing Bun na Coille Estate with associated works to include for a connections to the existing road and footpath network. (g) The provision of associated retaining walls along the eastern and northern boundaries to include for associated fencing. (h) Provision of internal access roads and footpaths and associated works. (i) Provision of residential public open space areas to include formal play areas along with all hard and soft landscape works with public lighting, planting and boundary treatments to include boundary walls, railings & fencing.
