for 1. construction of 65 no. residential dwellings comprising of: a.1 no. 4 bedroom 2 storey detached dwelling, b.19 no. 4 bed 2 storey semi-detached dwellings, c. 19 no. 3 bedroomed 2 storey semi-detached dwellings, d. 12 no. 3 bedroomed 2 storey terraced dwellings, e.1 no. 4 bedroomed 3 storey terraced dwelling, f.4 no. 1 bedroom apartment units and 9 no. 2 bedroom apartments units, together with an associated communal bike and bin store within a two storey duplex building. 2. Construction of a single storey creche building, together with associated play area, bin store, parking and set down areas. 3. New road works along the R334 Cong Road to provide for; a vehicular and pedestrian entrance to serve the development, provision of gateway signage for the town of Headford, road re-alignment, construction of roadside footpath and public lighting, a pedestrian crossing point with pedestrian traffic signal, traffic calming ramps and associated warning signage. 4. Provision of public and private open spaces, play spaces, bicycle parking, site landscaping, revised boundary treatments, and public lighting within the estate; 5. Provision of residential carparking including a proportion of electric charging spaces and ducting to all spaces for future electric charging points; 6.Connection to public sewer and public watermain along Cong Road, together with on-site surface water drainage works; 7. Footpath connections, signage locations, ESB substation and all associated site development works and services.
