Phase 2- units 41-63 comprising of 6 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses, 6 no. 3 bed terraced houses, 5 no. 2 bed terraced houses, 2 no. 2 bed duplex, 4 no. 1 bed apartments. Provision of all ancillary site works including parking, private and communal open spaces, public realm landscaping, public lighting, surface water and foul drainage services and connections to public mains, as well as all other associated site works. A natura impact statement (NIS) has also been prepared for inclusion in the application
