Construct 85no. residential units, consisting of, A) 2no. two storey detached houses (4 bed), B) 26.no two storey semi-detached houses (3 bed), C) 4.no two storey semi-detached houses (4 bed), D) 35.no two storey terrace units (2&3bed), E) 2.no Duplex terrace blocks (three storey) consisting of 8 no. terrace house units (2 bed), and 8.no 1 Bed Apartments, F) ancillary crèche with 2.no 1 Bed Apartments over. The proposed development also includes a dedicated pedestrian / cycle path traversing the site with new access at the proposed main entrance off Caherslee Road (R551) & a second dedicated pedestrian / cycle path connection also proposed off Caherslee Road (R551). Ancillary infrastructure works will include connection to the public sewer, construct a new wastewater pumping station and infrastructure, surface water attenuation, water utilities services, public lighting, bin stores, bicycle racks, landscaping, new vehicular access to the development via 1.no new site entrance from Caherslee Road (R551) and all associated site development works.
