The proposed development incorporates the following amendments: (I) Reconfiguration of apartment blocks A, B, C and D to provide for 44no. 1 bed units and 92no. 2bed units. The overall residential apartment units in blocks A, B, C and D will increase to 136no. apartment units in lieu of 122 apartments as granted.
