a proposed Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) on lands extending to c. 8.7 hectares located to the west of Naas Racecourse, south of Dublin Road, north of Tipper Road, and generally bounded by existing residential developments to the north, south and west at Kings Court, Kingsfurze Avenue, The Woodlands, and The Gallops, within the townland of Kingsfurze, Naas, County Kildare.
