PL10.238542) and Planning Register Ref. 23/120 to include the following works; 1) Alterations to part of the previously permitted development (Part of Phase 02 & 03 of Planning Ref. 10/15) to replace 64 No. Houses (26 No. 4-beds and 38 No. 3-beds) with 68 No. Houses (24 No. 4-beds and 44 No. 3-beds). The accommodation proposal of 68 Houses results in a net increase of 04 No. units in this area of the development. A net reduction of 08 Units in the overall development is proposed under planning Ref.
