(a) the construction of 66 no. dwellings comprising a mix of unit types (all two storey) including: (i) 23 no. two-storey three-bedroom houses; (ii) 8 no. one bedroom bungalows with associated secure bin stores; (iii) 13 no. two-storey two-bedroom terraced houses; (iv) 10 no. two-storey four-bedroom semi-detached/detached houses; and (v) 12 no. one bedroom units; (b) provision of 1 no. access point from the existing internal street at Slí na Manach Road; (c) pedestrian/cyclist access via an existing entrance off the Mungret R859; (d) connection of all services, including foul and surface water drainage to the existing network in Sli na Manach; (e) The proposed development will also include the provision of streets, parking, private open space, public open space, ESB substation, street lighting, landscaping, boundary treatments and all ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the development
