the demolition of 3no. existing structures comprising of a dwelling and 2no. ancillary outbuildings and the construction of 68no. residential dwellings comprising of 62no. houses consisting of 12no. 4-bed units, 47no. 3-bed units, 3no. 2-bed units; and 2no. triplex units each comprising of 2no. 2-bed units and 1no. 1-bed unit. The development will include the provision for car parking, including EV charging points and bicycle parking.
