(1) Planning Permission for the development of 78 residential units comprising of 10 no. two-storey semi-detached 4-bed units, 44 no. two-storey semi-detached 3-bed units, 16 no. two-storey terraced/ end of terrace 3-bed units and 8 no. single-storey 2-bed units. The development also contains associated siteworks, car and bicycle parking, landscaped public open areas, public lighting, boundary treatments, connections to public waste water system and on-site attenuation/ SuDS. (2) Planning Permission for Change of use and Refurbishment and of Nos 1 &2 High Street from residential to childcare usage. Works will include external parking, play areas and fabric upgrade to the existing houses.
