Permission for a residential development on lands east of Ballymakenny Road, south east of Listoke Avenue for the construction of 54 no. apartments and duplex units comprised of 27 no. 2 bed apartments and 27 no. 3 bed duplex units in 3 no. three strorey blocks (Blocks D, E and F). Vehicular access to the development will be from permitted roads under ref. no. 08/274 and 18/872.
