Permission for the construction of a total of 53 dwelling houses (10 no. 4-Bed 3 Storey Semi Detached Houses, 42 no. 3-Bed 2 Storey Semi Detached Houses and 1 no. 3-Bed 2 Storey Detached House) on a site of circa. 1.95 Ha. at Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth. The proposal includes for all associated site development works including car parking, public open spaces with associated landscaping, roads, footpaths, drainage, public lighting etc. The proposed site layout overlaps with development granted permission under Planning Reference 20/1084. It seeks to replace 26 no. permitted dwellings (units 32 – 57) with a revised layout and unit type.
