Permission for a residential development, on lands to the east of Ballymakenny Road and south of Listoke Avenue, in the townland of Greenbatter. The proposed development consists of 68 no. 3 and 4 bedroom, 2 storey terraced and semi-detached houses. Vehicular access to the development will be from Listoke Avenue to the north, which is located off Ballymakenny Road to the west, and via internal roads in the overall Listoke development. The proposed development also includes for all associated site development works, public open spaces, landscaping and boundary treatments, car & bicycle parking, bin storage etc. on an overall site area of c. 2.4 hectares and includes amendments to the adjoining public open space to the north, permitted under Ref. 221021 *Significant Further Information Received 23/07/2026*
