Vehicular and pedestrian/cycle access point to Garryduff Park (also facilitating other/future phases of housing subject to separate planning application(s)) and secondary pedestrian/cycle access point from Garryduff Park; and, 3. Associated development and works and development including hard and soft landscaping, internal roads and footpaths, cycle and car parking, public and private amenity and open spaces (including play / games areas), boundary treatments, bin stores, public lighting and all other ancillary works above and below ground including connections to water supply, surface water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure and utilities.
